What information will we collect from you

Once you consent to participate, The Leaders Advisory survey tool will ask you for the following details:

  • First name and Surname
  • Email address

You will continue to answer a series of questions using a variety of question types such as a sliding scale to score 1-10, ranking, or preferred choice. Questions relate to how you feel they best describe you and your preferences and will form your unique profile.

How we use the information

The Leaders Advisory uses the data you provide to discuss individual and team dynamics with you during workshops, training and consultancy services. A summary of your personal profile may be shared onscreen in real time, or it may be emailed to you on completion.

If in a group workshop you may be invited to shared details about your profile with the group, this is optional. You will never be pressured to share personal details in personal or after a workshop.

Where your employer or organisation requests it, individual and team dynamics will be anonymised. Where an in-depth consultancy programme is entered into by an organisation with one-to-one coaching for employees, all information remains confidential and will only be shared when consent is provided.

Use of your data after your workshop

After you have attended your workshop or programme, The Leaders Advisory will keep your data on the secure PointerPro server, unless you request that we delete it. We use this data if you complete ongoing or further training as it can provide a baseline and highlight any changes.

Who has access to your data

You can complete a survey whenever a link has been generated and shared with you. This may be prior to or during a workshop or via an online promotion.

We will never sell your personal information to anyone for any purpose, and we will not use your personal profile, details or preference data for marketing purposes unless you have opted in to receive regular newsletters or marketing material.

Other people who may be able to access data are:

  • Employees, Practitioners and Consultants of The Leaders Advisory where appropriate and related to your workstream. It is a condition of employment and association to handle personal data in strict confidence and in compliance with GDPR.
  • During a workshop, you may be invited by the Consultant to share information from your profile with the group. This is not compulsory and only you will decide whether to share any details.
  • If your employer or organisation requests profile information, we will initially provide anonymised data such as via a Team Dynamics report. On occasion where one-to-one coaching is being provided as part of an organisation wide team dynamics program or a recruitment drive consent may be requested to share data. This is not compulsory and only you will decide whether to share any details.

Where your data is stored

All data collected is stored in the PointerPro database and controlled by The Leaders Advisory. PointerPro privacy policy can be found https://pointerpro.com/privacy/
